Upon entering the house, a wonderful and bright living room welcomes you, ennobled by exposed beams, arches and centuries-old Assisi stone walls: the singular presence of every comfort.
If you enter the garden ... you will be struck by the beautiful marble, the refined wrought iron chairs, the extraordinary chasing of ancient stones, the green of the lawn, an intact font dating back to the 12th century, the spectacular view over the valley, the enchanting heart of the magical Umbria, of which Assisi is the most precious pearl.
In the surroundings of the house, the visitor's interest is captured by the forum, the circus, the theatrum, the domus with their splendid frescoes, the funerary tower of the Gens Petronas: Assisi hides a small Pompeii still intact, as the subsequent medieval city was built on or around the remains of the Roman one.
Everything is immersed in the peace, harmony and mystical atmosphere that reigns in the city of Francis: as if by magic, time stops and the dream becomes reality.

The house, located on the ground floor, is completely renovated and extraordinarily welcoming, finely furnished and embellished with hand-painted frescoes, like the splendid Muses that welcome in the entrance hall. It consists of an elegant living room with large screen, sofa bed, a beautiful Kartell bookcase and kitchen complete with dishes, fridge, hob, oven and microwave; from a suggestive double bedroom, the golden bedroom, with an extraordinary 220 cm bed, gold fireplace and gold tub, a modern reinterpretation of the ancient Roman style; from a very particular room in shades of red, the red bedroom, with a comfortable bed dominated by the splendid Apollo Citaredo and a large wardrobe; from a spacious and beautiful bathroom with hydromassage shower.
Equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, iron, drying rack, hairdryer, LCD TV, free WI-FI internet, the house has free parking and secure parking nearby. The heating is autonomous and included in the price. Also included are the various utilities and kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linen, as well as final cleaning.
The structure is also particularly equipped for small children: available travel cot, sterilizer, as well as a library for children!!!
